Vitos Yarlion 

Hello everyone, dear friends!My name is Vitoslav Yarlion (Vitos Yarlion).I am a writer and lorebook author from Minsk, Belarus.I prefer to write in the genres of dark fantasy, mystery, sci-fi, and detective fiction. I am fascinated by deeply developed creative worlds that are exciting to dive into, explore, and literally live in. Some writers are artists, others are architects. I lean more toward the latter, though I try to combine both approaches. To me, a world, a story, or a character is an engineering structure that must be assembled correctly. It is about designing the inner cosmos—the psychology of both the main and supporting characters. It is about crafting layers of meaning, researching the themes of the upcoming narrative, and shaping it all into a beautiful, harmonious form to tell a story. That is what I do. Yet, more often than not, I feel like a mere conduit who must listen to the voice of the Universe and write down its wisdom. It also requires a great deal of learning. Fortunately, that is something I love to do.

Recently, I have majorly shifted my creative direction. Moving away from traditional short stories, novels, and poetry, I am pivoting toward lorebooks and writing scripts for TTRPGs (tabletop RPGs). I am currently developing a specific format of my own that will serve as a universal architectural blueprint for worldbuilding. This will allow others to use my work as a foundation for their own creativity. We are going to build worlds together! The work is in full swing.
