Useful information for subscribers
Some of our users find that they cannot pay their subscription through Boosty. Here are some tips on how to solve this problem.
If the card payment is unsuccessful:
1. Check that you have selected the correct card payment method.
2. If the card is already linked, try entering the details again.
3. Contact the support service of the issuing bank, as the cardholder's
card most likely does not support 3D-secure confirmation. Ask the bank
to activate 3DS for this card. If this is not possible, you will have to
use another card.
4. Try paying a smaller amount.
5. Try Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/uvronline

If all else fails, try changing the currency or try again after a few hours.
Sometimes the reason for failed payments can be anti-virus or firewall, try to temporarily disable it or add Boosty to exceptions.

The problem is, when I try to pay using PayPal, it does not give me a chance to choose the PayPal option - it automatically chooses the credit card option and I get the "Something went wrong" (or along the lines) message. It is likely a problem on Bootsy's side, and it needs to be fixed.

DFINITIVAMENTE ES BOOSTY el problema ya que con mi tarjeta eh pagado muchisimos servicios sin problemas y en el sitio de boosty siempre es de problema.. hay que tener pasiencia y realizar el tramite muchisimas veces hasta que agarra ok el sistema

i have tried subscribing multiple times. card payments decline after several tries of different ones, and paypal just sits there and processes the payment but never goes through, even after an hour. sounds like your site is having issues, and i'm getting tired of only being able to do 4 songs a day. really sad that you only let "paid subscribers" message you when it is the "trying to be paid subscribers" who are having issues.
