I create Artworks with in various styles. For example, they can be used as covers for music releases

★ When you purchase a license you'll only need to pay once

★ Licensing posts also have a description in the preview that lists the file parameters

★  Purchasing a license gives you rights to use the image in your projects as covers for releases and printed products

You are free to make the Artwork available to the public via the Internet as part of a Music Release (e.g. on streaming platforms, in online stores, on websites)

Distribution of the Artwork as a cover of a Music Release on physical media (e.g. CD, vinyl records, cassettes)

The total number of physical copies of the Product made using the Work must not exceed 500 units for the entire term of this License, regardless of the type of Product

2. INDEPENDENT PRINT

You are free to reproduce the Artwork by printing as a single independent art print (poster, print on canvas) for personal non-commercial use by the Licensee

Any production of Product in quantities exceeding 500 units in the case of a release cover,  CD, vinyl records, cassettes) or 1 print for a personal painting or poster is a violation of the terms of this License. If it is necessary to increase the print run, the Licensee must obtain the prior written consent of the Licensor (hereinafter referred to as the "Artist") and enter into an additional agreement stipulating the new terms, including the amount of the additional license fee

You are not allowed to modify the image, except for some parameters

The copyright belongs to the author. You do not have the right to resell the license or modify the purchased image

The Artwork is an original copyright object created in the unique style and technique of the Licensor. The purpose of this License is the limited use of the Artwork for commercial purposes, while maintaining its status as a valuable artistic object, the value of which is also determined by its limited availability and exclusivity

The licensee has no right to:

1. The Licensee (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") may not modify, alter, frame (crop), transform, deform, adapt the Artwork, or create derivative works based on it without the prior written consent of the Licensor (hereinafter referred to as the "Artist")

2. It is strictly prohibited to make any changes to the color scheme, saturation, contrast, or brightness of the Work. It is not permitted to move, delete, add, or change the proportions of any elements, details, or parts of the Work, or to change its overall composition, design, or artistic concept

3. The only permissible change is a technical adaptation necessary solely for the purposes of the results of the Producers' actions on the selected licensed media (e.g. changing the resolution, color profile, DPI, file format). In this case, such technical adaptation must be carried out strictly without violating the original color palette, composition, proportions and general artistic concept of the Artwork of Actions created by the Licensor

4. The Licensee is prohibited from independently introducing text or any other graphic elements *into* the Artwork or *on* the Artwork (including, but not limited to, slogans, logos, names)

* In case of necessity to provide text or other graphic elements, the Licensee is obliged to consult with the Licensor in advance

* When purchasing Artwork, the licensor undertakes to provide the Licensee with free professional advice on the optimal placement of text or graphics, taking into account the preservation of the integrity and artistic value of the Artwork

* The creation of lettering, typographic design or direct integration of text/graphics in the production may be carried out by the licensor for a separate fee by agreement of the party and/or in accordance with the license price list, execution of an additional agreement

5. Any unauthorized changes made by the License Producer or third parties on its behalf shall constitute a material breach of the terms of this License and may result in its immediate termination

* Transfer the rights to use the Work granted under this Agreement to third parties (sublicensing)

* Alienate the rights to the Artwork or sell, lease or otherwise transfer the Artwork to third parties for their independent use outside the framework of this Agreement

* Use the Artwork to design other musical releases, projects, products, goods or services not related to a specific Project

* Use the Artwork for purposes that violate the law, moral and ethical standards, as well as in a context that may damage the reputation of the Licensor or the Work (for example, in pornographic, discriminatory, slanderous materials)

* Use the Work to create, mint or sell non-fungible tokens (NFT) or other blockchain assets without the separate written consent of the Licensor

1. After the Licensor (hereinafter referred to as the "Artist") receives the full amount of the license fee stipulated by clause [Indicate the number of the clause with payment] of this Agreement for the Work (Digital Painting [Name of Painting]), the Artist undertakes to provide the Licensee (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") with an exclusive license to use this Work within the framework stipulated by this Agreement

2. As part of this obligation, the Artist undertakes to, within 3 business days from the moment of receiving full payment:

* Remove the relevant advertisement for sale and/or offer for licensing of the Work from all of its public platforms, including, but not limited to, specialized art platforms, online stores and any other resources where the Work was previously available for licensing or sale to third parties

* Stop any further offer for licensing or sale of the Work to any third parties

3. This obligation of exclusivity and termination of public licensing is valid for the entire term of this License and applies exclusively to the licensing or sale of digital copies of the Work. The Artist retains the copyright to the Work, as well as the right to display the Work in his portfolio, at exhibitions and for other non-commercial purposes confirming his authorship and professional activity

NOTE! All necessary additional documents can be drawn up digitally specifically for the image you want to license. and signed with an electronic signature
