Greetings Mr Sleboda, I hope you are well. You have often mentioned that as Russia is kinetically engaged against Ukraine there is a limit to what it can do geographically. This makes sense. In light of the offensive in Mali and growing declaratory statements and actions in Europe I guess my question is the opposite. How much more can Europe and/or NATO escalate and do you think their level of desperation has changed due to the war in the middle east? Thank you.
