Hi Mark, I have a question. The Western media, and in particular the British media, are constantly stating that Russia has suffered 1.3 million casualties. Why don't the Russians do anything to push back on or refute this claim. It's very effective propaganda to keep the money and weapons flowing to Ukraine (the Russian army and mothers are on the brink of rebellion), and Russia's silence can be used by the West as confirmation of this claim.

Could you give us an update of the status of the "shadow" fleet war? It is very hard to get accurate information here in the west. Related Qs: have the Russians placed Naval Infantry and/or other armed military on their merchant ships? Has the Russian Navy established an escort or convoy system in the Baltics?

I have been reading John Helmer's recent columns about the dissonance between the factions in the Kremlin. Specifically, Lavrov's attacks on Peskov. Helmer says this has exposed a loss of confidence in Putin. He also says Medinsky is the head negotiator in Geneva because Putin doesn't trust the Foreign Ministry or the General Staff to make the concessions to the US side that Putin and Dmitriev have agreed to. Your thoughts?
