Hi Mark. Keep up the great work. I have three questions: 1. has Russia reinforced Kaliningrad since the SMO began? Has overland, sea or air access to Kaliningrad been interfered with by NATO since the SMO began? Are Russian forces close enough to Transnistria now to reinforce the small garrison there in an emergency?
