Release of 10 Shadows, updates for Jujutsu Sorcerer, and the Open Beta Test of Sukuna will all be coming within the first week of September!
Hey everyone! I know many of you are wondering where I’ve been. My PC was having serious issues, so I had to reinstall the operating system (after making backups of my work, of course). But then a big problem came up! The mod editor stopped opening any projects on my computer. I even contacted tech support, but they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I reinstalled it many times and tried to fix it myself, but nothing worked — the only solution was a complete reinstall of Steam. That took a lot of time, so I’ll need a little more before Sukuna is ready for release.
Very soon, an updated Jujutsu Sorcerer with 10 Shadows will be released. It includes bug fixes and balance changes. Sukuna will come out later and will have significantly more features compared to the last beta test!
I’ve also seen a lot of requests for level 20 versions — those will come too, but only after Sukuna is released.
As for Chronomancer, development has progressed, and I’ll showcase the new changes for it a bit later.

I’ve got a bit more free time right now — though not for long, hehe — and I’d love to hear your suggestions! A version of the mods (or toggle) with higher ability hit rates would be cool - still having ~60% or lower hit chances with abilities at level 12 late game makes some of them not worth risking at all compared to guaranteed hits or just main hand attacks, especially when they can cost lots of cursed energy

class12, I think the problem is that they don't get enhanced by your character's stats. I'll fix it in the update.

how will dismantle work like what will be the distance of the slices? and what about the world cutting slash will that be in the mod or in the meguna mod?

mifero, i meant will dismantle be a ranged attack or a close range attack? The other sukuna mod on nexus only has cone attacks like sweeping attack

All three mods share the Jujutsu Sorcerer class, so it seems impossible to multiclass and use two of them at the same time. Do you think there will ever be a combined mod of 10 Shadows and Sukuna? Also, I feel that it would be more lore-friendly if Mahoraga from the 10 Shadows used light (radiant) attacks.

LSW, I think it will be a separate subclass. Sukuna and Sukuna 10 shadows, as he had different shadows than Megimi

Have you ever tested letting Mahoraga apply the Warding Bond spell to an ally for a turn as a reaction to them being attacked near it? If Mahoraga's resistances/immunities get to a certain point or an ally's AC is lower than Mahoraga's, enemies just run past it to target others so it's usually best used solo. The reason I'm suggesting Warding Bond is because the user is dealt all the same damage types compared to Deer's protective energy, so hopefully it'd still gain adaptations when defending (it really does depend on how warding bond interacts with adaptation). It'd give it more value as a team unit and it'd feel like those moments where Mahoraga protected Sukuna from damage. If that doesn't work out, giving Mahoraga Shield Blow (as a reaction to an ally getting attacked) / Sentinel / the Protection fighting style would still be really cool and bring defensive value to keep an ally from getting burst to death.

Would it be possible to make option for all shadows disappear at once and my character to make them disappear? Making shadows disappear after fight can be little annoying and sometimes i want to change one shadow for the another but i cant cause i need to wait for shadows turn to make them disappear.

LairCZ, That's a good point. As for removing all the shadows at once, I do not know if it will work, but I think it is possible to do it myself.

Not sure if i remembered correctly but I read somewhere that you could actually use a closer character model (or even the OG design) of Mahoraga but decided not to do so because you feel it doesnt belong in the BG3 world? if that the case can you please reconsider to use Mahoraga OG design atleast as an option file.
