Discord rewards update

Added new discord features for subscribers.
The Adventurer tier and above now has a special role in TavernAI Discord that displays at the top of the member list. The Secret Boss role is at the very top among all members and has a black color.
For Master tier and above, there is now the ability to create your own text channel with expanded permissions and editing capabilities. You can change the channel name, description, select speed modes, and delete user messages - meaning you have full admin rights in your channel. To do this, select "create-custom-channel" at the top of the channel list and send the command !Chloe create_my_custom_channel Your channel will appear in the list of custom channels.
