In Flash 8, audio files for rough editing (for needs of draw the movements of the torso and lips),  can be cut to the isolated words and saved in stereo 128 kbps using Audacity program. Final cut of sound can be performed in more proper program like Sony Vegas Pro. 
I'm currently in the process of working on the sound.
