This usually means that company registered a trademark. However, I didn't find any registered trademarks with "Ambient AGI" name. And they didn't announce trademark registration anywhere, but just started using it. Strange.

In my opinion AmbientAGI is something like average project which could live about several weeks if everything will be good first minutes and hours after token launch, as always. You have to watch carefully if the team keep promises and stick to project's roadmap. In case you spot something strange it's better to keep your money in your pocket and stay safe.
