When you choose print settings,

select the option «Change the size» as a percentage.

If we take basic size as (M SIZE for woman )

Choose options 90% (S SIZE) - 110%(L SIZE) percentage or more if you need.

If the template does not fit on the sheet, use print setting: «Poster»
