About the creator

I am a software developer working on a variety of open source projects in my free time. Most of them are related to 3D graphics, Blender addons, gamedev, game modding and exploration. You might have come here from my GitHub (https://github.com/skarndev) or GitLab (https://gitlab.com/skarnproject) profiles or World of Warcraft modding community (https://model-changing.net).

My notable projects are:
- WoW Blender Studio (https://gitlab.com/skarnproject/blender-wow-studio). An addon providing import/export functionality for M2/WMO model formats of World of Warcraft in Blender.

- UModelTools (https://github.com/skarndev/umodel_tools). Unreal Engine games map and asset importer for Blender.

- Noggit Red (https://gitlab.com/prophecy-rp/noggit-red). World of Warcraft map editor.

- Model Changing Network (https://model-changing.net). The largest community dedicated to World of Warcraft modding.

UModel Tools, the Unreal Engine map and asset importer for Blender is released

Check out the new addon for Blender 3.4+ featuring import of Unreal Engine games maps. In the first version, the game Hogwarts Legacy gets dedicated support featuring asset import, PBR material import, lights and map import.
Currently Atomic Heart and Vampyr are in the works. You can request a game on GitHub issues (preferred) or Discord.
