After a few closed tests, finally can post this here.
New features:
- Updated, more precise baking algorithm

- ANALYSE tool in rig tuner

- Automatic bone ID conversion for Kam's Scripts/Seggaeman's DFF plugin/aap's RW IO

- Some minor fixes
