Hey! We’re the Secret Place collective, and here are a few words about us and our idea. Since the beginning of our existence, we’ve been based on principles of equality and non-violence. Our team is built on horizontal interaction among each other. Over the course of these almost two years, we’ve been learning and improving our communication skills inside and outside the collective. For most of us, this is the first experience of working in such a structure. We see working in such an organization as a continuous process of educating ourselves and each other. We can have polar opinions about different situations, but the idea that we have a common goal helps us to reach a consensus. (read the continuation in the cards)
