Gmail allows you to create your own customize signatures, in which
you can insert text and/or an image that generally appears at the end of your
email and helps your recipients to know more about you. Inserting a custom
signature is very easy process and it plays a very important role in conducting
business online. But sometimes, you might face some problems due to this
feature and may need to temporarily disable it. For this, you must know how to
change Gmail signature or how you can disable it from your
account.

You need to follow the simple steps given below to prevent Gmail
from automatically adding signature to your account.

·         First of all, open Gmail login page and sign in
using asked details; once you are signed in, click on the "Settings"
button from the top-right corner of your screen.

·         Ensure that your Gmail account's
"General" setting is selected. If not, click on the General tab from
the top.

·         Scroll down till the "Signature"
option appears on your screen. If the blank radio button is selected, then
signature will be automatically added to your Gmail account.

·         Click on the "No signature" button to
disable and remove signature from your account.

·         Once you are done, scroll down to the bottom of
the page and click "Save Changes" to apply the email signature turned
off setting.
