My Workout Routine
Today we will talk about the training program. When I started working out, I watched all the fitness videos on YouTube, and absolutely everywhere they said the same thing, the training program should be 3 or maximum 4 days a week ,but doing according to this plan I did not get the desired result, sitting at home on rest days I was overwhelmed with energy and motivation, but I did not workout because I followed the advice of bloggers, after a while I began to explore and try various training and nutrition programs, for a couple of years of training I learned the following things for myself:
1) 50-60% of success is a training plan, 30% = nutrition, 10-20% = sleep, no matter how well you eat and sleep with a bad training program, your results will be low
2) do not listen to anyone, first, learn the basics of exercise technique, nutrition plan, daily routine and try (for example, train 5 times a week, look at progress, feel your body, if necessary, switch to a smaller volume)
