RB's Fairy dress

Hello, my friends! I apologize for such a long delay in making this costume. All this mess...

The dress is done and it's available in two variations. With stockings and without stockings. The option with stockings has an already applied tight- clothing property. That is, you won't need to configure a custom slider (especially since I didn't create it).

There are 2 elements left to create for this set and it will be ready.
