This is Elizabeth's Skirt Tutorial and Pattern inspired by the game Bioshock Burial at Sea and is meant to help cosplayers to create their own clothes (the skirt)!

☑ If you need an individual size contact me for a personal commission. The cost is 20 dollars.
☑ To open the Tutorial and Pattern you will need any PDF programme on your computer
