Инструкция к скачивани:

 после скачивания вам нужно правильно перенести

всё в папку, то что находиться в папке 

mods перенести в: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Modsзатем оставшиеся файлы

перенести в папку Tray (по тому же пути)так же все новости о симах и
