T-35 bis "What if?.." Soviet heavy tank

The original T-35 was a very unsuccessful tank. With its huge weight and size, it had very thin armor. At the same time, the 10-meter 58-ton tank maneuvered very poorly. In addition, the commander simply could not adequately control all 5 turrets of the tank.

You can find many tank modernization projects on the Internet. Almost all of them come down to removing unnecessary turrets. If they are not there, there will be no need for a bedside table on which the main turret stands. In addition, the length of the tank can be reduced by 1 chassis trolley. All this should reduce the weight of the tank by almost 20 tons.

But reducing the armament would deprive such a tank of all advantages over the T-28. Now we need to strengthen it. The easiest way is to replace the weak KT-28 cannon with the F-32. But this is not enough. I went three ways. The first is a similar KV-2. The second is a flamethrower in the hull, as on the KV-6 or OT-34. The third is the F-32 cannon in the hull, as in the early Churchill or Char B1. In this case, a standard turret with an F-32 would be inappropriate. Therefore, I replaced it with a pair of 45mm anti-tank guns, which were effectively used at the beginning of the War.

This is a big tank constructor. According to my idea, this tank has a variety of weapons worthy of a heavy tank. I have made various models so that you can assemble your own tank. The archive has:

3 types of hul (standard with DT-28 mg; flamethrower with ATO-41; close support with 76mm F-32 gun)

6 types of turrets (76mm F-32 gun, 76mm F-32 gun with radio, twin 45mm 20K gun, twin 45mm 20Kgun with radio, 152mm M20T gun, 152mm ML-20 gun).

This model is adapted for printing at a scale of 1:100. When printing, you can change the scale to the one you need. There are holes for 5x1 magnets in the hull and the turret.
