This is a short guide to creating a design and sculpture (using the example of the Moon Knight).

To begin with, a 3d model is created according to your design (one of the options). The second option is a sculpture.

We will make a second version.

We need a dummy (head) or an exact cast of our head (we can also make a guide to create it).

We create a sculpture of the desired design (you can use any plasticine for this, but the best option is Monster Clay). We use ordinary modeling clay. For the Moon emblem, you can use EVA foam or make it out of clay too.

You can use any materials to add texture. We used puff paint and a stick for sculpture. The result can be covered with paint or liquid rubber. Here's what we'll get as a result.

Well, the master model for the mask is finished. Next, we need to make the silicone mold and cast a mask made of liquid plastic (two-component polyurethane), we can also make a detailed guide on this. We paint the finished mask in the color we need.

We just need to add a head mount (elastic bands or Velcro)

Finally! Our mask is finished, you can add it to the collection or fight crime in the name of Khonshu as a Moon Knight!
