Здравствуйте. К сожалению, такая функция есть только на компьютерах Apple с операционной системой MacOS Sequoia. Там можно запускать мобильные приложения прямо на экране компьютера.
Отдельной версии для компьютера или сайта у нас нет. Мы разработали только мобильные приложения для iOS и Android.
Насчет пароля, вы изменить его на новый в Настройках - Пароль. Просто посмотреть текущий пароль вы и мы не можем, так как для безопасности данных он нигде не хранится.

Наталья., проблем не будет. Их также зарегистрируют. Но разделение между "нужно отправить" и "в пути" сделано только для вашего удобства. Чтобы вам было удобнее помнить, какие вы уже отправили, а какие еще нет. Поменять на "в пути" вы можете просто войдя внутрь открытки и там сверху кнопочока.

Our email notifications are often blocked because the servers mistakenly identify them as spam. Therefore, some notifications do not reach application users. We have decided to disable email notifications. Instead, we will develop a new app screen with a list of received notifications. We are planning to release a new version of the application soon. For now, please use push notifications and the “My Postcards” section.

🔥 In rare cases, it happens that you are not able to send a postcard to the address that was given to you. You have 24 hours to cancel this postcard. But this function can be used no more than once a week. And also during the week you will not be able to request a new postcard address.

Я из-за своей тупости в адресе написала вместо "кв. 51" "кв. 54" я в панике и не знаю что делать, в вк написано, что вы не читаете сообщения, а тут вам сообщения можно писать только платным подписчикам. Мой профиль зарегистрирован на адрес lerlit@vk.com, можете ли вы зарегистрировать все открытки, которые были отправлены именно на этот адрес (где кв. 54) или что-то типо такого. Приложение не даёт возможность добавить в описание мою почту, чтобы люди, которые отправили открытку, мне на этот адрес написали, мол "я увидел ваше сообщение в профиле, я вам отправил открытку на кв. 54". Пожалуйста, помогите.
