Fulgorn: lightning dragons
In the world of Sagitta , these dragons reside on Eltanin, a realm where dragons cannot use magic, butt can enchant weapons.
Also due to the lack of magic, the dragons on Eltanin continued to use their fiery breath in everyday life and therefore did not forget how to use it, like the dragons of Rastaban and Spica.
The Fulgorn are the only genus that have turned their fiery breath into lightning.
