Hey friends, hope you’re all well this week!

Progress since last week has been a little slow-going, with my real life being extra hectic as of late. But, I’m still moving ahead in fits and starts.

For Ch14 I’ve got about ¾ of the script using the new-and-improved name/portrait system for characters, allowing me to more easily change them from scene to scene, as characters change costumes (or occasionally) names. I also added the little bits of Gabby content I wanted on the lover/friend path.

On Ch15 I’ve mostly been working on the script, trying to tighten up the ero content at the end. I’m also experimenting with animations for this scene. Like, real animations. Not my little 3-4 frame flip-book ones. We’ll see if I can make something worth using.

Hey, folks! Sorry to get this up late, but the day job’s been crazy and I’ve been exhausted.

Just as a quick FYI: I dropped a new demo build for $15+ supporters, featuring the first 220 images of the Cutiedoll update (Ch15.) That contains three possible endings for the chapter, comprising what’s essentially Phase One of Cutiedoll’s content. Having collected some feedback from the players, I think it’s on the right track – it just needs another pass on the dialogue and narration.

With a good chunk of Ch15 done, I’m now refocusing on Ch14 to get the next version of it out ASAP. I wanted to have it put to bed already, but things just tend to take longer than I expect them to. I’d set this goal for last month, but this month will see the final versions of Ch14 and Ch15 out, if all goes well. Then it’s onto the next one.

Hey, folks! Hope you’re all doing well this week. First, let me just say I appreciate everyone who reached out in private or dropped a kind word in public, after I discussed how I’d been having kind of a rough time recently. I know it’s always scary when an AVN dev starts talking about burnout, but I’m feeling much better this week. Sometimes we just need to vent, I suppose.

In order to pull myself out of my funk, I pushed Ch14 away for a few days, and worked on some other stuff. I wrote a rough draft for a short story about Carolina, which $5+ supporters saw a bit of in the most recent Sneak Peek of the Week. People seemed to like what they read, and I’m excited to get that edited and released. I rendered and tightened up some dialogue/narration for Ch15. That’s shaping up pretty well. And I decided to draw something, which I haven’t done for a few months. There’s this ‘golden bikini’ art meme going around, that I wanted to participate in. I’ll be sharing that here in the next couple of weeks.
