Hello everyone I have to apologize for being gone for such a long time. I don't know if I should explain the reason for my absence or not, but I'm sure you're not interested. You are here for the content. I am currently reviewing the concept of the video. It seems to me that I chose the wrong path when, on the advice of one person, I decided to increase the continuation of the video at the expense of dialogues (as it turned out, no one was interested in). Therefore, I want to review the video creation process and consult with you on this issue. I want to continue shooting videos lasting 5-6 minutes, but these will be videos with a fight, a scene of exposure and a small dialogue. I also have a question about subscriptions. I understand that most people are unhappy with the non-regular publication of content, so they do not buy subscriptions. From here I have a question, is it worth leaving subscriptions or making payment for videos in an individual format? I'm letting you make the decision so that everyone is satisfied.

I believe that both subscriptions and individual payments should be available for people with different preferences and video wants. I think the 5-6 minute videos with fight scenes and exposure sounds like a good idea too😁

I think it’s important to set a pace you are comfortable with, so you don’t burn out. I like the content, but what if you occasionally did a poll? Giving us options to choose the direction of the story? I don’t really like subscriptions, but I pretty much buy most the stuff you post. I like having the option to pick and choose.

Nastena_spider_girl, I see Alzi has the same problem in many videos, very bad translations that certainly didn´t go through an English speaker (even without context, one could tell that sentences don´t make sense or are broken). If you have someone who you can trust I advice sending them the subtitles text to proofread before putting them in the videos. We still understand the dialogues and general idea of them even with subtitles that are not the best, but it reflects poorly on the quality for a new user seeing the videos for the first time,since it´s very easy to spot the mistakes even for non native speakers like myself :)

To be honest, I am pleased to hear such encouraging comments and recognition that you like what I am doing, because it encourages me to continue working. All people have burnout and I'm no exception. When I read a solid negative about myself, I lose heart and sometimes I want to give up everything. But when I see that people like my work, I remember why I do it all!

There will always be criticism and things to improve but I think everyone here wants the best for you since it means more content for us!

I think you deserve an honest and full review of my point

I usually bought the individual videos over the subscription simply because I was still a student and had no stable income so a monthly subscription wasn’t a good idea. Since I bought many already I just sticked to buying the new ones that appeal my Interest (mostly Silk Content)

In term of length and content I personally think a storytelling/longer video should only be the case if its a continuity. Some of your content had that for sure so that felt like an ongoing story. Other videos like the bad relationship video or the one joke like robbery video seem more like a sidestory in which the outcome of the video didn’t influence the overall story.

So id think it wouldn’t be a bad idea to make some shorter videos with less story and more fighting scenes and some with an actual story with consequences of the story. Obviously the last option doesn’t have to be the case if it takes too much of your time and resources since we like your content nonetheless

Davy Samir, Nice seeing more Silk fans!! In my case I don´t care about long term stories in general, because it could limit the scenarios that make sense in the long term. Also wouldn´t make sense for the heroine to loose every battle. But i understand every creator want to put a story and plot in the ir videos so I don´t mind what she decides there.

And currently I agree, buying individual videos makes way more sense just because not every video or character appeals to everyone. But they need to have a more or less constant price. Some like Fight to the Debt are 20 USD, which is more expensive than the 3 lower subscription tiers for just one video. Still a subscription is a good option to leave for mega fans that would buy everything anyway. Don´t think she should just on just one model.

I’m out of subscription too, only buying individual videos. I’m really interested in videos with fights, perils, fight choreography and Silk character or other badass heroines with no full masks, so, since I don’t have the budget to subscribe a tier that grants me that kind of video in a month you release something into these lines, I had to move into the direction of buying videos individually.

Also, to buy on demand I need some preview shots, I really need to know the characters involved and if the video has fights or not.

Just to let you know, I really enjoy the amount of efforts you put in your videos, it’s noticeable you want to make the fight’s better, to get yourself better at fighting, at the receiving end, more interesting fights, better actors… it’s really amazing.

My 2 cents.

I'm not interested in subscription for now. I only want to purchase individual videos from time to time. I like videos with a good storyline and action and peril. My favorites are storyline with many episodes. My favorite character is Silk but I'm looking forward your Supergirl version. I like your content. I like long videos. More than 10 min is good. More than 15 min is very good. More than 20 min is perfect.

The only thing holding me back from buying more videos is the streaming system. This requires a very good connection and I don't feel like the video I purchased belongs to me.
It's a bit like buying content on a gatcha game.
If Boosty closes or if I can no longer access it for one reason or another, I lose all the videos I purchased.
I prefer system where I can download the videos and be able to play them on my PC whenever I want.
It's a shame that Boosty doesn't allow to save a video.

Rian Tokyo, Boosty in general feels like a waste of money. It´s an issue I have with the website not Anastasia. Every big superheroine in peril website has moved away from subscriptions and offers download, even with the risk of piracy, because it´s more convenient than dealing with hundreds or angry clients every time a site or server goes down (specially true with Boosty and how flimsy Russian sites can be for western internet users for obvious reasons)

Just posting the videos to Yutube would be enough I guess, since there are tons of video downloaders for the site, but the content policy has gotten very strict there so I guess she could host videos in a Google Drive/Onedrive type of service for ease of access for users. But current state of Boosty just doesn´t incentivize people to spend money here so I agree with you (and also a Silk fan here heart )

Subscriptions don´t make sense even if you were publishing tons of videos every month, because the way Boosty works once we unsubscribe we loose access to every post. That´s why I buy individual videos, at least that way I can access videos later. But that´s an issue with the site not you. If people could download or have a more stable place to watch the videos forever after they pay I think a subscription would make sense, but not in Boosty as the site currently operates.

Regarding the videos I don´t think you need to include a scene of exposure in every video, specially if you are making shorter content. It would usually take at least 30-60 secs, meaning almost 20% of a 5 minute video! Variety will bring more people, not doing the same kind of stuff again and again. Otherwise you will just attract a limited crowd or people coming from Alzi. I myself have grown tired of his format lately, there is little to no innovation despite the actresses and costumes looking great!

MafiousBJ, But most important of all, I think you need to preview the videos. The photos you have done for some of them are just what is needed. If you expect people to pay for content, you can´t drop just a title and a locked post they need to pay to unlock. If they don´t like the video or the character they wanted is not in it they will feel frustrated and leave. A great example of this is the site Nextglobalcrisis. Thye do photo previews of their videos (they also make video trailers but that is not needed for your content) and have a separate bios page for the heroines starring in them, in which you can see all the videos they have appeared in the past. So if you like a character you can look there for more content to buy (you can do that using hashtags here, like every video Silk shows up tag it #Silk). And they offer download links so the video is yours forever. They also do photosets unrelated to the videos which are a nice and cheaper alternative for some who can´t buy videos

MafiousBJ, You have built an audience/clients, which is the hardest part of any business. You also have the looks and acting talent to succeed. But keeping it going will take effort and money, and sadly even if personal issues arise, even the most loyal fans will eventually leave if they are not pleased. Maybe you could find extra actresses to produce content when you can´t. These videos are physically demanding. Moving to a role behind the cameras for some videos could help you long term to manage your time better. Sooner or later every business owner needs to start delegating tasks.

I feel you are at a crossroads regarding this project. Sometimes leaving is also an option. It will leave guys angry and wanting more but if you don´t feel you can make content your fans deserve maybe it´s time to stop and have peace of mind. I would personally buy anything you do with Silk, even if there were only 2-3 videos a year, but most people will expect more

I supported the idea of short videos, I want to recommend that you extend your fights a little more, sometimes are too short, the story is a part that adds context and emotion to the heroine's actions and the outcome of the story, but I feel that What we look for most are the fight scenes, I understand that sometimes they are not easy to act or perform, I have noticed that the fights change depending on the actors and I also understand that you will not always have a stun to help you perform them; but I love how you look in the suit and the effort you make, not only in video, but with your actions such as creating this kind of post, or even answering our questions and comments. As long as you continue to strive to improve your content, I will continue buying your videos, that has a lot of value. I plan to continue supporting you for a long time.

zergaris, Thank you very much. I agree that the fight scenes should be longer. In the latest videos, I'm just working on it. It's quite difficult to shoot a fight scene, it takes a lot of time, and the result is a few seconds. But I repeat that I am working on it.
