Option 1. Via the Foundry client.

Option 2. Manual installation

Navigate to `C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\FoundryVTT\Data\systems`, create a folder named fallout-maw there, and then download and extract all the contents into that folder.

Next, after creating the world, all that remains is to import the entire contents of the libraries—making sure to preserve the original IDs (check the corresponding box during import)—and to import the libraries in the same order.
