Привет, на связи Крис! Это первое письмо моей сентябрьской рассылки. Сегодня мы говорим о важном навыке любого специалиста, который находится в поиске работы за рубежом: коммуникации с эйчаром в LinkedIn, крупнейшей площадке для поиска работы за границей.

Стандартно при отклике на вакансии, опубликованные в LinkedIn, у вас будет возможность откликнуться через кнопки “Apply” или “Easy Apply”. Первая кнопка перенаправит вас на сайт компании с анкетой на отклик. Если в вакансии доступна функция “Easy Apply”, то вам предложат заполнить небольшую форму внутри самого LinkedIn и отправить свое резюме. Коммуникации с эйчаром при этом не происходит.

Но часто в вакансии вы можете увидеть, кто ее опубликовал, и там, как правило, указан эйчар или нанимающий менеджер. Написать ему/ей – это отличная возможность выделиться среди сотен других откликнувшихся кандидатов. 

Помните, что переписка с эйчарами и рекрутерами на LinkedIn — это ваш первый контакт с потенциальным работодателем и отличная возможность произвести на него хорошее первое впечатление. Даже если вас не возьмут на работу сейчас, в будущем с вами могут связаться при наличии новых открытых позиций.

1. Не забудьте поздороваться, обратиться к человеку по имени и представиться;

2. Опишите свой опыт кратко и конкретно, чтобы человек мог быстро выделить ключевые слова и оценить, подходите ли вы под вакансию. Помните, что каждый день рекрутеры читают десятки, если не сотни писем;

3. Не используйте узкоспециализированные термины без необходимости: ваш респондент может не быть в курсе технических подробностей вашей должности;

4. Не стесняйтесь упомянуть обстоятельства, которые связывают вас с рекрутером. Если вы узнали, что когда-то работали в одной компании, учились в одном университете или вас направил к этому человеку общий знакомый, обозначьте это в письме;

5. Делайте акцент на том, чем вы можете быть полезны компании, а не наоборот;

6. В конце сообщения не забудьте оставить call to action, даже если вы сильно ограничены по знакам. Это реально повышает шанс на ответ.

2. Если вы знаете, в какой компании хотите работать, но не нашли у нее открытых вакансий, не пренебрегайте функцией “Хочу здесь работать” в профиле организации. Она дает возможность рекрутерам вас заметить.

3. Если нужной вакансии нет в LinkedIn, попробуйте зайти в профиль интересующей вас компании и найти там человека, который выполняет функции рекрутера. Имейте в виду, что названия таких должностей могут формулироваться по-разному:
