My bookbinding misadventures continue. I wrote a Python script to automate the pre-printing process, found some proper bookbinding cardboard for a test, and tried to make a coloured cover.

Seems nice for now :) Will keep going.

I updated images in Tales from the Afterworld - my collection of short stories. Now they look like this:

I'm planning the check the book for errors again, edit it, then create an illustrated version with all the new pictures. POD services are not avilable to me, so it will be an ebook for everyone to buy (my Boosty subscribers will get a copy for free) and maybe several handmade paper books just so that something material remains in the world after I die.

The last time I bound a book was about 10 years ago. I thought my skill just went a bit rusty. I was wrong! The whole process felt like starting from scratch. So many mistakes! So much of everything wasted.

Still, here is the book. It's no longer just digital noise. "Dandelion Parade" now truly exists. In the real world.
