I use my waffle-maker with special pan for pretzels. You can make waffles or pancakes with this batter, or use small molds and bake them in your oven. 

Ingredients:

-100 g flour

-2 eggs

-40 g butter

-75 g cheese

-2 g baking powder 

-50 ml milk

-salt, spices

Melt butter, grate cheese. Mix butter with milk, add eggs, then sift dry ingredients in. Add cheese and mix well.

I take Provence herbs mix and paprika for these pretzels!
