Basque Burnt Cheesecake
It's such an easy but a very very tasty and.... fashionable?- dessert! I didn't want to bake it for a long time because of a strange look. But it's really so delicious! If you're afraid of baking cheesecakes, try this one!
-450 g cream cheese
-3 big eggs
-120 g sugar powder
-20 g flour
-1 tsp lemon juice
-260 g heavy cream 33%
Just mix all ingredients, line the baking pan (16-18 cm in diameter) with baking paper. Pour the mix in it and bake for 25-30 minutes at 220 C. Cool it down, put in cold for a night.
