Land of the Free

  Since Genji in Tora's universe is a huge (and I do mean HUGE) fan of Celtic/Gaelic culture, I've done him the honor to make a Celtic fantasy alternate universe featuring him, taking place in a fictionalized version of Scotland, Ireland, and other Celtic nations. He's christened as Murchadh Dover (or just Dover for short) there.

This pic's inspired by one of my most favorite songs by Adrian von Zigler, Land of the Free.

Most of the scenery is painted in Krita, as usual, while the character is drawn in Clip Studio Paint.

In other news, I'm making a novel based on this AU called White Steel, and will be making it free for all (as in not exclusively paywalled).

There's something I must warn potential readers about: this novel contains very dark-toned and adult-oriented subject matter that may offend readers and is not suitable for children whatsoever.

Therefor, this novel is recommended for adult readers only. Reader discretion is advised.

Fortunately for chapters featuring rape scenes, these would be optional bonus chapters. That means you're allowed to skip them if they make you feel really uncomfortable.

I've just finished the short prologue part (which I'm about to post on FA) and am working on the first few chapters of the story. But for now, enjoy the cover art version I've just made!
