My name is Lacidara, a female indie game developer from Eastern Europe, and I’m excited to present my very first project — An adult visual novel Ren'Py game called New Tenants.
I’ve been working on a deep, emotional story filled with drama, romance, and difficult choices. New Tenants follows an American couple who are forced to leave their current home and move through Eastern Europe in order to escape the threat of war. Strangers in an unfamiliar country, they must find a place to live, new jobs, and a way to survive — both financially and emotionally.
As they struggle to adapt, they will face temptations, secrets, and challenges that will put their love and loyalty to the test. Every decision you make will shape their future.
Will they grow stronger together… or slowly drift apart?

You will experience the story mainly through the eyes of the husband, Alex, but later you will also be able to step into the perspective of the wife, Ana, allowing you to see both sides of their relationship. V1.3 Release Date
Hello, dearies! 💖
Sorry for my radio silence the past few weeks. I've been working around the clock for this update. Finding AI generation tools proved more difficult than anticipated, and although I'm not fully satisfied with the results, they are acceptable for the time being. The update is basically done. I'm cleaning the code, fixing bugs, and trying my best to get an Android port out as well (hopefully without too many bugs). All in all, V1.3 will be out this Sunday!
For future updates, I'm thinking of releasing 3 paths at a time, so the release dates can be more frequent. As for how I will divide those 6 paths (3 and 3), I'll probably set up a poll and let y'all decide.

As you know, New Tenants V1.0 is out. This is just a small introduction to the game’s story. In update V1.2, you’ll be able to explore and better understand the available paths in the game. Ana’s point of view will also be available, and depending on your choices, a specific path will be unlocked for you.
Since the game needs a bit more publicity, I’ve decided to keep V1.2 under subscription for the first 10 days only. It will be released for free to the public 10 days after launch.
Thank you for your patience, and I can’t wait to show you the new update — official release on February 25!
