Chasca mod update

Chasca mod updated with working tattoo texture. Textures were made long ago, they just didn't wanted loading into game til now. More updates will come as soon as modding community solve other problems (with hat for example). It's pretty usual for characters with new mechanics, so, stay tuned)

reorganized few times things in mod while tried to fix hat, also fixed minor visual errors
