How it works

After purchasing your Personal Reset, you will receive a short questionnaire.

You can tell me about how you have been feeling, what you would like to focus on, what you would like to release, or simply what is happening in your life right now.

You don't need to know exactly what you need. Just share what feels important to you, and I will use your answers to create a meditation that feels personal and meaningful to you.

I will then record your personalized meditation and send it to you as an audio file.

We will also agree on a suitable time for your distance Reiki session. You don't need to be online during the session — you can simply find a quiet and comfortable place to rest.
