I’m Kristina Ilina, PhD, and this is my private blog where I don’t lecture you on how to live. I simply share my own struggles — and where you are always welcome to share yours.
I've been journalling for about 2 years now to help myself cope with overwhelming emotions:
• having no contact with the family of origin and literally becoming an orphan,
• going through multiple losses and grief,
• changing careers,
• always looking for freedom&meaning.
Here I post some of my journal entries—raw and unfiltered, so that you know you’re not alone. Real spiritual growth is dirty, and that’s exactly why I’ve created this safe space. I see it as a place where like-minded people can be vulnerable and support each other—a place where each of us can be seen and heard, and say things we’re too afraid to tell even our close friends and family. If you've been missing this kind of space, feel free to join!
Since we're just starting out, this community is brand new and definitely not perfect. I'm still learning how to run this space, and I don't have a strict posting schedule just yet. For this reason, I'm completely open to your feedback—please don't be shy to tell me what you need or what you wish to see here. Let’s build it together.

Once in a while I go back to the notes in my journal to see what a week or month was about and summarize them in an in-depth article. Raw & unpolished personal growth, without moralizing
