I’m preparing a complete, in-depth, and exceptional guide for installing Wan 2.2 on personal systems.

Since Wan 2.2 is currently the best open-source video generation model out there, I’m super excited to share this with you. But as you probably know, it’s a very heavy model for local systems — even on my RTX 4090 with 24GB VRAM, generating a 5-second video takes about 30 minutes.

Here’s the good news: in my tutorial, I’ll show you a method to speed up video generation by 10x on your own PC — which means that same video would take around 3 minutes on my GPU while preserving most of the video quality… absolutely insane!
