I tried this workflow with different settings, with x1, x2, x3 multiplier upscaler, there is no difference at all, quality of replaced garment is the same and absolutely low.

Kreator, the most important tip I should tell you is that you shouldn't use transparent images for clothes. Black or white backgrounds is better
