The main condition is wearing a wig from the Caenarvon mod that came down to us from heaven (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/130295)

You can remove the IsWorn condition so that the animations work regardless of what you are wearing, or change the condition to a jacket (B3C > B3D)
Animations are not perfect, and require some polishing, but overall they seem to look pretty nice (at least from the back lolololol)
