I completed Too Many failed Attempts Gmail account. How do I fix it?

What we have observed (via several of our accounts that got locked out this way) is that google does not have a way to recover your account

Yes, we have tried the recommended recovery procedure (all of them, very precisely) and yes we have waited more than a week between attempts as Google suggests (we have even waited months between attempts) and have not recovered any account using Google’s methods from Google’s tech support site

We also noticed that many other people posted this exact problem on Google’s support site and Google does not help, in fact Google locks the questions so that no one else can post and additional information at all, rendering the post/question/answers useless

There is no way to contact Google support, they just send you around in circles point you back at the same links that you have already read and followed, which failed you completely which is why you are here

As best as we can tell, there is no way to fix it and Google is not helpful.
