Highlighter (TS2)

i found this cute sims 4 highlighter and i decided, with little changes, to convert it to the sims 2!
and here it is the final result on the sims 2, compatible with darker skins too!

since this is a conversion, this will be free!!

LindaSim, i used the size from the sims 4 and resized it with a custom program so it didn't get too blurry, thank u!!beaming_face
