The volume of Infirmitas II was slightly increased to the level of the first chapter, Infirmitas. The duration of the first track was reduced. The fading of the seventh track was improved.

The final track was inspired by the "Ithersta" location from the game Fran Bow, while the first track was inspired by one of the game's endings.
