I have no idea where to extract the debug data. Please advise. I have upgraded to premium but the app has not updated so I cannot use the premium features. When I open the app it says ready to update but nothing happens other than going back to playstore.

Mike, open Informer settings tab and scroll down to option Send debug

same problem but i go to send debug in the chat it won't send because it's too many characters it just won't send i want my money back if u can't give me the premium version
