Well let me share my own experience with you. Until my early twenties, I was known as the I like golf and Bourbon and maybe 3 people vintage 2023 shirt But I will love this guy who never smiles. I would describe myself then as a still face. Actually, when I go back to my pictures back then, my face was almost always frown. One day I red somewhere that it takes less face muscle to smile than to frown. That had really strike me. I decided then, that I will always smile since science says it was easier. So I started smiling.
It was extremely hard! It felt heavy and horribly fake. It was uneasy. It did not feel good at all. I really don’t know what made me continue to try, but I did continue to try smiling despite the I like golf and Bourbon and maybe 3 people vintage 2023 shirt But I will love this uneasiness. I might say it was my luck or that I was too stubborn or too lazy to continue to use extra muscle effort to frown.
