 About a week ago spontaneously had my first ever employment interview and internship for a barista position. It took me three days, under the supervision of a colleague. Unfortunately, I turned down the job, as there is more emphasis on making waffles than coffee drinks (in general, a lot of tasks for one employee to-go point).

 However, my results were great in front of customers, employer and co-workers, so I'm VERY PROUD OF MYSELF —

No updates here for a while, so lets talk a little bit about plans for the near future.

Still have a lot of orders and a long burnout, so..
I plan to apply as barista, to have a steady income. 
 
This is a very important step for me, since this is my first job, also in food service. But coffee making turned into a hobby that I find comfort and aesthetics in at the moment.
 In February, I visited workshop on the basic coffee menu: it was amazing and helped me get a much better overall picture of the work process!
