I decided to use possible tips from my art to support my favourite cat shelters in my city. Feel free to donate what feels right, every bit counts! :))) 1, 5, 10, more is very good! For about 20 dollars you can curate a shelter animal for a WHOLE MONTH. So it is very good! ^_^

The glaring truth is there are no government-financed shelters for animals in my city, there is hardly any money for shelters, more like never. The whole shelter work is run by private citizen money only and by volunteers. I am proud to live in one city with the leaders of the cat shelters in my city, they help abandoned animals, sterilize their cats, heal them and search for them their furrever homes. I have been to one of the shelters so I personally know how challenging the work is in saving the souls of animals. I try to donate from my own every month. The people involved are doing God's work in caring for the cats under their care. I have been there, been in their shoes, know intimately what's it like to save an abandoned animal from the street and demise. One such miracle currently lives with me. The other I helped find a furrever home through one of those shelters.

It's not a sob story, I just want to share up front and be transparent where I plan to spend my donations from my art (and commishes maybe:))).

So no, you can feel sure that no money will support the blasted war. Animal rights are a painful topic where I live and to the community of animal lovers from my place. Saving animals is hard, the government is indifferent, people in general can be quite callous in their attitude towards the volunteers but saving souls is very rewarding work. I just feel inspired to do good in this world and help protect the lives of the most vulnerable in my society. Without the work of volunteers and patrons the situation would be much bleaker.
