Open the Gmail Login page.

Enter your email id then click on next.

Click on "Forget Password" instead of entering password.

Enter the last password you have remembered (anyone), then click on "Next"Google will ask you to choose of you are using the mobile device in which you have logged on.Click on Yes,

A notification of your login attempt will go on your Mobile device, tap on yes.In the next page you will get the option to create a new Gmail Password, confirm the Password and it's done.
