Fix Brother Printer Not Working

Check the printer settings and see if it is set to offline mode. If this happens, your printer may stop working. To change the settings, you must:

Click on the Start button on your computer.

go to Settings.

Then click on Devices and click on "Devices" and click on "Printers and Scanners."

Now select the printer you are using.

Right click on Printer.

Click the "See What Prints" option from the drop-down menu.

Select the "Printer" option in the upper left corner.

A drop-down menu will appear. Now deselect the option "Use printer offline".

Make sure the "Use printer offline" option is unchecked.
