My upgrade went almost perfectly. I haven't tried installing Photoshop yet, but I was testing TESO before the raid today. Some settings were lost and I had to restore them. It's nothing.
 
My main headache is the Yandex browser. I've found it convenient for 10 years. It's very customizable, has a highly customizable appearance, neural translation for foreign videos, and the ability to open videos outside the browser as a separate window. But yesterday, my trust was shattered. Suddenly, all my logins and passwords were locked behind a "Master Password". I had tried using this feature a long time ago but disabled it as soon as I ran into issues. I have the password for it, but the system won’t accept it. It’s giving me two choices: keep trying to find the right password, or have it wipe every single password I’ve saved over the last 10 years. That would mean losing access to all my financial and entertainment accounts.
 
Last year, I started moving back to Chrome. I copied many websites and their passwords into Chrome and Notepad. This way, I didn't lose contact with my friends and colleagues abroad.

I'm extremely disappointed with Yandex Browser at the moment. it has effectively cut me off from everything I value and need. Also, the browser and its search engine have long since turned into advertisements for their services. If you’re trying to find something specific, the entire first page of results is just packed with ads.

Alright, time to get back to installing Photoshop and other drivers, and recovering my passwords.

Мой апгрейд прошёл почти отлично. Я пока не пробовал установить фотошоп, а занимался тестами TESO перед рейдом сегодня. Некоторые настройки слетели и пришлось восстановить их. Это ерунда.

Моя главная боль - браузер Яндекса. В течении 10 лет он был мне удобен. Очень пластично настраивался внешний вид, нейроперевод зарубежных роликов, возможность вынести видео за пределы браузера отдельным окном. Однако вчера моё доверие было подорвано. Внезапно все мои логины и пароли были заблокированы Мастер Паролем. Давно я пробовал эту штуку, но отключил при первых проблемах. У меня есть от него пароль. Мастер-пароль его не принимает. Он даёт два варианта: искать пароль дальше или он уничтожит все записанные пароли за последние 10 лет. Это значит я потеряю доступ ко всем финансовым и развлекательным сайтам.
