A curvature of space, a sudden jerk—and here he was, an inhabitant of a world where the stars were living beings and time flowed in a spiral, trapped in a tiny library. The walls, lined with needle-thin shelves, converged into an endless maze, each turn of which promised only new rows of books with incomprehensible symbols. The air was stale, smelling of old paper and something else, elusively ancient and frightening. He tried to summon the power of his world, but here, in this infinitely small, enclosed space, magic did not work. Only the endless rows of books and the oppressive silence reminded him of his captivity, of the impossibility of returning to his unknown, beautiful and distant home.

In this video, I create an ambient drone using several synthesizers at once! It was a real challenge to find a balance between different textures and create a single, hypnotic sound.

Lately, I've been literally hanging out with the duo Arturia MicroFreak and Universe Zen Audio VOSKHOD-2.

I want to share my love for Soma Lyra-8! This synthesizer is just a portal to the world of endless sound experiments. It's not about precise settings and predictability, but about exploration, about randomness and how incredibly beautiful and atmospheric drones and soundscapes are born out of chaos.
