Brand is the overall image, reputation, and emotional perception that consumers associate with a product, company, or service. It includes not only visual elements like logos or names, but also customer experience, values, and trust built over time.

I hope they don't just copy the brand and screw them over again...I mean its pretty easy to replicate...

This is a really good step but I feel like the Chief is going to still somehow screw them over with this.
I feel that they need to stop reacting to him and start making him be on the back foot for once.
